Museo de Interpretación del Gofio (MIGO)

Museo de Interpretación del Gofio (MIGO) is a unique museum dedicated to the traditional Canarian dish, gofio. It is housed in a historic mill in Las Tricias, which operated until 1954 and has been painstakingly restored.

At the museum, visitors can see interactive exhibits, learn about the gofio production process from grain cultivation to consumption, and participate in a grain milling demonstration.

An additional attraction is the astronomical observation point from which you can view the stars. The area also delights with a trail leading through ancient dragon trees and colorful flowers to the Buracas caves.
