Edgartown Fire Museum

Edgartown Fire Museum is a unique place that showcases more than 175 years of firefighting history in the Edgartown region.

The museum boasts an impressive collection, including historic fire engines from 1927 and 1952, and the jewel of the collection - an 1855 hand pump stored in a specially controlled room.

For the little ones, there is an educational fire safety area where they can gain practical knowledge. The entire facility was built and is maintained solely through volunteer labor and donations.
