MU.SA - Museu das Artes de Sintra

MU.SA - Museu das Artes de Sintra is a unique museum housed in the historic 1924 building of the former Casino.

The collection includes a variety of modern and contemporary artworks, about 80% of which are works by local artists, including well-known Portuguese artists like Dorita de Castel-Branco and António Carneiro.

The museum also holds temporary exhibitions on a variety of subjects, from war photography to abstract art. There is also a city bookstore and a gallery displaying works by Portuguese and foreign artists.
