Meijendel

Meijendel is a unique nature reserve located between The Hague and Wassenaar in the Netherlands. This diverse landscape includes wet dune valleys, open sand dunes, irregular lakes and dense pine forests.

It's a nature lover's paradise - the area is among the 10 richest bird reserves in the Netherlands with more than 250 species. Children will love the Monkeybos playground with its forest hut building and tyrolean.

A historical touch is the Waalsdorpervlakte area commemorating the Dutch World War II resistance.
