Market Street Mission - Jersey Shore (formerly Jersey Shore Rescue Mission)

Market Street Mission - Jersey Shore (formerly Jersey Shore Rescue Mission) is a non-profit organization with a rich history dating back to 1889, when its headquarters were established in Morristown. Since 2007, the Asbury Park facility has offered comprehensive support to those in need.

The mission provides meals, shelter for men, showers, clothing and operates second-hand stores. Particularly notable is its addiction rehabilitation program based on Christian values, combining therapy, counseling, vocational training and assistance in finding housing upon completion of the program.
