Description

Nazca Lines are mysterious, ancient geoglyphs carved into the Peruvian desert. Only fully visible from a bird's-eye view, these huge drawings depict animals, plants and geometric shapes, creating one of the world's most intriguing archaeological puzzles.

Created by the Nazca civilization between 500 BC and 500 AD, the lines have been preserved for centuries thanks to the dry climate. Some of the most famous figures are the hummingbird, monkey, spider and condor, stretching for hundreds of meters.

This fascinating UNESCO-listed site attracts lovers of history, archaeology and the mysteries of ancient civilizations.
