Description
La Fuente Vieja is a unique historical monument built in 1640 by Don Iñigo Manrique de Lara, the fifth ruler of Frigiliana and first count of the city.
Decorated with the coat of arms of the Manrique de Lara family, this historic fountain has three distinctive spouts and bears witness to the transition from a Moorish village to a Christian city.
The space around the fountain, with its decorative elements and rich history, is a great place for photography lovers and those interested in Andalusian architecture.
