Description
China Beach Trail Trailhead is a scenic trail through majestic old-growth forest and mature secondary forest. It offers breathtaking views of the Strait of Juan de Fuca and access to a beautiful sandy beach with black and rocky sections.
With a length of 1.5 kilometers (round trip) and an elevation gain of 73 meters, this easy to moderately difficult trail is ideal for nature lovers and families alike.
During the hike you can admire waterfalls, grottoes and tide pools rich in marine life at low tide. It's also a great place to observe marine fauna, including orcas and seals.
