John Wayne Birth House is a unique museum dedicated to the legendary western actor. The four-room house where Wayne was born in 1907 has been carefully restored to reflect the atmosphere of the time.

In the adjacent museum you'll find an impressive collection of memorabilia worth $2 million - original movie posters, costumes, scripts and the actor's personal items. You can also watch a documentary in an intimate movie theater equipped with seats from Hollywood's Grauman's Chinese Theater.

In the plaza in front of the museum is a majestic bronze statue of John Wayne funded by his family.
