Jersey Zoo

Jersey Zoo is a unique 32-acre zoological park, founded by Gerald Durrell as the world's first zoo dedicated to wildlife conservation.

The zoo is home to over 100 species of animals, including western lowland gorillas, poison dart frogs, golden-crowned tortoises, and aye-ayes. Every day, animal keepers give talks during which visitors can learn about the fascinating behaviors of the animals in their care.

It is an ideal place for families with children, couples, and educational groups—a typical visit lasts at least 4 hours.
