Tollbua is a Nordic gourmet bistro in the historic building of the former Trondheim Customs Office, completed in 1910.
The restaurant offers a seasonal menu based on local ingredients and flavors from around the world, serving four-course and six-course sets and a snack menu.
Run by Christopher Davidsen, a Bocuse d'Or silver medalist, the place boasts one of the best wine cellars in the city. Just three months after opening, Tollbua received a recommendation in the Michelin Guide (l'Asiette Michelin), a testament to its high culinary standards.
