Cascate del Varone

Cascate del Varone is a spectacular waterfall flowing down a 100-meter cascade through limestone caves that formed over 20,000 years.

This unique site offers two vantage points: the Lower Cave, where you can admire the final phase of the waterfall illuminated by colorful spotlights, and the Upper Cave with a panoramic view of the full force of the waterfall.

The surrounding private natural park, with bridges and paths, allows for safe tours. A historic tourist attraction since 1874, visited by Emperor Franz Joseph, Gustav Klimt and Franz Kafka.
