Courses include the preparation of fresh pasta, lasagna, Tuscan soup or pizza, using fresh produce from a local farm. The joyful atmosphere of a typical Tuscan family dinner further enhances this authentic experience.

Classes are available in Italian and English, and are adapted for wheelchair users.
