Istanbul Cinema Museum

Istanbul Cinema Museum is a fascinating journey through the history of Turkish cinematography. It is housed in the historic 1877 Atlas Cinema building, which is itself part of Istanbul's cultural heritage.

The museum offers interactive exhibitions where you can watch excerpts from classic Turkish films using an iPad or see how green screen works. A special highlight is a collection of memorable phone calls from Turkish films, all with English subtitles.

The top floor also features temporary exhibitions of works by Turkish artists such as Devrim Erbil.
