The First Station

The First Station is a historic site that blends the past with the present. Originally built in 1892 as a train station connecting Jerusalem to Jaffa, today it bustles with activity as an entertainment and cultural center.

The architecture, inspired by the European style of the 19th century and made of local limestone, delights any history lover. After the railroad closed in 1998, the station underwent renovations and reopened as a resort complex in 2013.

It now offers a variety of stores, restaurants with local and international cuisine and numerous cultural events. You will also find attractions specially designed for children.
