Silvia Grubera month agoWe spent two nights at The Domes. The view from The Domes is spectacular. You have a full view of the Jarabacoa valley. From this location you can experience a beautiful sunrise and sunset. The Domes face the east and from The Bistro, you can experience the sunset. Highly recommend it for couples and families.

Two things that can be improved;
1) The staff does not speak English. Awkward when checking in
2) The step into the bathroom is raised. One of the members hurt their foot badly. This should be remediated to prevent future injuries.
Mari Delgado3 months agoThe property is a stunning blend of elegance and rustic charm. I stayed in the Dome Panoramic room, which was comfortable and well-equipped with everything I needed for my stay. However, what truly set this experience apart was the exceptional customer service.
Sobeyda’s attentiveness and enthusiasm were remarkable, and the entire team—including Rafelo, Raul, Joel, and the other staff members—was incredibly kind and professional. They went out of their way to ensure I felt welcomed and, as a solo traveler, genuinely cared for my safety and comfort. Their hospitality made me feel right at home.
While my experience was outstanding, there are a few minor areas for improvement. Adding a full-length mirror, keeping the dome’s exterior clean to enhance the panoramic view, providing more comfortable pillows, and expanding the bistro’s selection to include fresh vegetables would further elevate the guest experience.
