Hora Hvar

Hora Hvar is a unique restaurant located in the UNESCO-listed Old Grad Plain, one of the oldest agricultural areas in the Mediterranean.

This place combines the organic farm of the Zuvela family with traditional Dalmatian cuisine. All products are grown and harvested locally - from olives and lavender to meat from the animals raised here.

The restaurant's specialty is Peka - a dish slow-cooked under a cast-iron dome, as well as tastings of local wines, which are served with homemade cheeses, pršut and oil. A real feast for lovers of authentic flavors!
