Parque Rural de Anaga

Parque Rural de Anaga is a magical corner of Tenerife where time passes more slowly. This park of 14,419 hectares was declared a UNESCO Biosphere Reserve in 2015 thanks to its exceptional natural and cultural values.

It is the place with the highest biodiversity per square kilometer in Europe, where you can enjoy unique laurel forests, sharp peaks and deep gorges formed by volcanic eruptions 7-9 million years ago.

The park offers numerous hiking trails of varying difficulty, viewpoints like Mirador Pico del Inglés and charming villages where traditional farming customs are still cultivated.
