Description

Guayedra Beach is a wild, desolate beach located at the mouth of the Barranco de Guayedra Gorge in Tamadaba Natural Park.

It is characterized by black volcanic sand and large black pebbles that create a unique landscape. This small, 200-meter-long bay offers breathtaking views of the sea and green hinterland, and at sunset the silhouette of Mount Teide can be seen.

For adventure lovers, reaching the beach is an attraction in itself - it requires a steep descent along a trail from Agaete, offering spectacular views of the west coast along the way.
