Parque Natural del Cabo de Gata-Níjar

Parque Natural del Cabo de Gata-Níjar is a unique national park of volcanic origin located in Andalusia.

It features a spectacular coastline with cliffs, coves and some of the most beautiful beaches in the region. The park is famous for its unique geological formations, such as volcanic chimneys, daikas and calderas.

The site is home to more than 1,000 endemic plant and animal species and provides habitat for many species of migratory birds. A marine reserve with coral reefs makes it ideal for diving and snorkeling.
