Shenzhen Revolutionary Martyr Monument

The Shenzhen Revolutionary Martyrs Monument is an impressive 27-meter-tall monument commemorating the heroes who gave their lives for China's freedom.

Erected in 1983, it is decorated with the inscription 'Revolutionary Martyrs are Immortal' by Zeng Sheng, commander of the Dongjiang Column.

The memorial pavilion features the names of 1,050 Shenzhen martyrs, as well as a sculpture depicting five major participants in the Sanzhoutian Uprising, which launched China's democratic revolution.

It's a place full of history and thoughtfulness, surrounded by beautiful gardens that add to the unique character of the place.
