Gwydir Mawr & Bach

Gwydir Mawr & Bach are unique cycling routes in the heart of Eryri National Park (Snowdonia) in Wales.

Gwydir Mawr is a 25-kilometer red route for experienced cyclists, offering challenging climbs, steep descents and technical singletrack. The shorter, 8.7-kilometer Gwydir Bach route is ideal for beginners and families.

Both routes pass through the picturesque Gwydir Forest Park, where you can admire the remains of lead and zinc mines, including old engine houses and water reservoirs. In autumn, the forest is resplendent with golden and red leaves, creating unforgettable views of the surrounding mountains and valleys.
