Palacio Nacional de la Cultura is a majestic museum and cultural center in the heart of Guatemala. This impressive 1930s palace combines neoclassical and baroque styles, reflecting the country's colonial legacy.

The interior is decorated with murals and sculptures that tell the story of Guatemala from the Mayan civilization to the present day. A grand staircase leads to exhibition halls showcasing works by local and international artists.

The palace is home to 350 rooms, many of which are inaccessible, but those open to the public are truly spectacular. The famous Sala de Recepción is only used for major state ceremonies.
