Wanderweg "Kabeiner"- Bachtal

Wanderweg 'Kabeiner'-Bachtal is a scenic hiking trail in the Mosel region, ideal for experienced hikers. The 13.8-kilometer route with an elevation gain of 410 meters leads through a charming valley with a small stream, offering shade on hot days.

The hike provides breathtaking views of vineyards and the Mosel River. Along the way you can admire St. Margaret's Church in Bruttig-Fankel. The trail is part of the longer Moselsteig Etappe 18, connecting Beilstein to Cochem.

It takes about 4.5 hours to walk the entire route and requires good physical fitness, especially during the final approach through the Kabeiner Valley.
