Bischof-Bundschuh-Weg / Station 4 is a unique hiking trail that is part of the scenic DONAU-Panoramaweg route.

This place impresses with the richest biodiversity in the Regensburg region - you can admire as many as 410 different species of ferns and flowering plants, 33 of which are rare or endangered species.

The trail is marked with the symbol of the medieval Bundschuh and the bishop's staff, which adds to its historic character. As you hike the trail, which starts at Regensburg Cathedral, you will cross the Stone Bridge and enjoy breathtaking views of the Danube.
