GRÜNE REGIERUNG

GRÜNE REGIERUNG is the local Green Party organization (Bündnis 90/Die Grünen) in Heidelberg, active since 1979. It currently has more than 1,000 members and has strong representation on the city council - 13 of 48 seats.

The organization focuses on local issues of culture, civic services and the creative economy. It also actively engages students through the Grüne Hochschulgruppe group.
