Falkenfelsen

Falkenfelsen is an impressive granite rock formation in the Northern Black Forest, offering breathtaking views. One of the walls rises to a height of about 61 meters, forming a spectacular cliff.

Two hiking trails lead through the formation, ending at the Herta-hut. From the viewing platform at the summit, one can enjoy a panoramic view of the Northern Black Forest, including Hornisgrinde to the south, the Bühlerhöhe to the northeast and the Upper Rhine Valley to the west.

The formation is particularly impressive during storms or rain, when the edge of the rock offers an amazing natural spectacle.
