Museum Frieder Burda

The Frieder Burda Museum is a jewel of modern architecture designed by Richard Meier. Bright, airy interiors filled with light create the perfect backdrop for a world-class collection of contemporary art.

The museum showcases some 1,000 works, including works by such masters as Georg Baselitz, Max Beckmann, Willem de Kooning and Andy Warhol. The exhibition focuses on German and abstract expressionism.

Regular special exhibitions present new perspectives and contexts for works of art. The museum is family-friendly and fully accessible to people with disabilities.
