Konzil

Konzil is a historic restaurant in Constance, combining a culinary experience with a rich history. The building, which dates from 1388-1391, originally served as a warehouse for goods between Italy and Germany, and played a key role during the 1414-1418 council that elected Pope Martin V.

The restaurant specializes in regional delicacies, including fish dishes from Lake Constance. It also offers vegetarian and vegan options.

The wooden interior design and the terrace overlooking the lake and the famous statue of Imperia create a unique atmosphere for the place, highlighted by the 14 oak pillars supporting the original structure.
