Description
Clos Lucé is Leonardo da Vinci's last residence, where he lived from 1516 until his death in 1519.
Connected by an underground passage to the Château d'Amboise, this charming 15th century castle offers an extraordinary journey through the life and works of the Renaissance genius.
Here you'll see a collection of Leonardo's inventions, his notebooks, models of machines and a special 'Leonardo da Vinci, painter and architect' exhibition. Children can use special educational materials, and in the gardens you can admire full-size models of his designs.
