CHATEAU L'ERMITE D'AUZAN

CHATEAU L'ERMITE D'AUZAN is a historic vineyard dating back to the 12th century, located on the pilgrimage route to Santiago de Compostella. The place impresses not only with its rich history, but also with its unique approach to viticulture.

The vineyard is renowned for its organic and biodynamic farming methods, having been certified organic since 2020 and the prestigious DEMETER certification since 2024.

Production of red and white wines is done with respect for nature, using permaculture. Wines from here are distinguished by their delicacy and originality, thanks to the Mediterranean climate and southern exposure of the vineyards.
