Description
Camping Pegomas | Pausado is a peaceful camping site located just a 5-minute walk from the historic center of Saint-Rémy-de-Provence. It offers spacious sites for campers and caravans in a quiet, rural setting.
The campground features a large, sun-soaked swimming pool, which is ideal for relaxing on hot days. There is a playground for the little ones, making this a family-friendly destination.
It's a great base for exploring the region, including Arles, Pont du Gard, Avignon and Nîmes. After a busy day, you can enjoy the bars and food trucks that frequent the campground.

Ilan Ginzburg2 months agoCalled slightly after 7pm standing behind the locked gate. We were told reception closes at 6pm, no way to get in (2 bicycles and a tent), no flexibility to have us get in and settle in the morning.
Don't bother, there's another nice campground 500m down the road with real people that welcome you (and a swimming pool).
Keith Allen10 months agoA very large site with big open areas for larger motorhomes. French, English, Dutch and German spoken. Large shower block is a little dated, but clean and with plenty of hot water all day. An easy 15 minute walk onto St Remy de Provence, which is a charming little town with lots of touristy shops and boutiques. The nearby Glanum Roman site is well worth a visit.
alan younga year agoA nicely laid out site, facilities OK, but , poor service from reception and on site staff. The gentlemen at check in seemed liked he wanted to be elsewhere , told us the bar would shut at 7pm and no food available (despite the guy behind the bar telling us food was available). When I questioned this, the receptionist told me he was the boss , not the barman ! The staff reluctantly kept the bar open until after the England football match on TV , but would not stay open for the Holland match despite several Dutch visitors asking. The indoor bar was a mess, boxes and furniture everywhere , not sure we would have wanted to eat there, we did however have a great meal at Mesiba ,the restaurant opposite the site.Related categories
