Voie verte

Voie verte is a scenic walking and biking route that runs along the former railroad line between Mercuès and Luzech.

This 3-meter-long path with a level surface offers breathtaking views of the Lot River and the surrounding vineyards. Particularly impressive is the section leading over the viaduct, which offers panoramic views of the valley.

The route is ideal for families with children and novice cyclists thanks to the lack of road crossings along most of the stretch. During the ride, you can admire historical landmarks, including the abandoned train station in Mercuès and the surrounding castles.
