Parc du Contades

Parc du Contades is a historic park in the heart of Strasbourg, created in 1764 by Marshal de Contades. It is a place where history meets recreation.

The park offers a variety of activities for families - a large playground with a tyrolean and water games, ping-pong tables, basketball courts and outdoor exercise equipment.

Surrounded by the Aar River, it impresses with its architecture - a 19th-century gazebo, the Osterloff Villa with its red turrets, and a view of the neo-Renaissance Peace Synagogue. In the summer, it hosts outdoor cinema and cultural events.
