Description
Ruines du château de Pervinquières is a fascinating castle ruin with a rich history dating back to 1370, when it was acquired by the Cistercian Abbey of Beaulieu.
Although the site is now in ruins, you can still admire the remains of the original structures, including the fortified farmhouse. In 1587, the castle was briefly taken over by Protestants during the Huguenot rebellion, but they quickly abandoned it due to its lack of strategic importance.
The surrounding area offers exceptional scenery and picturesque views, ideal for photography and nature lovers.
