Le Stras'

Le Stras' is a unique restaurant in the heart of Strasbourg's charming Petite France neighborhood. It offers two different atmospheres - a spacious first floor and a mezzanine with stone walls and exposed beams, combining modernity with Alsatian tradition.

The seasonal menu is based on fresh vegetables and quality ingredients from local gardeners. Chef Steve creates authentic dishes such as lobster terrine, scallops and beef tenderloin.

As an added bonus, sommelier Mathieu Ring selects excellent wines from Alsace and other regions of France. The limited number of dishes on the menu shows a focus on quality rather than quantity.
