Chinatown in Manila is the oldest Chinese quarter in the world, dating back to the 16th century. Walk down Ongpin Street and you'll discover a fascinating mix of Spanish and Chinese architecture, from traditional stores to temples.

See the copper statue of Roman Ongpin, a local hero who is legendary for holding a traditional Chinese 'ang pao' with money in his hand.
