Conquista Park

Conquista Park is the largest historical reconstruction in the Caribbean, dedicated to Christopher Columbus' discovery of the New World and encounter with the Taino Indians.

The park offers a 55-minute audio guide in six languages that takes you through 26 historical scenes with 247 life-size figures in an authentic setting.

A free Taino art museum with a 15-minute audio guide allows you to delve into the culture of the indigenous people. The grounds also feature a store with a Taino art gallery, cigars, Larimar, and rum, as well as a cafe and tropical bird zone.
