Vikinglanghus

Vikinglanghus is a fascinating reconstruction of an original Viking home that takes visitors back in time to the age of Nordic warriors.

The reconstructed long house is part of a larger complex where visitors can experience authentic Viking life from the 10th century. The structure was recreated with extreme attention to detail, based on archaeological excavations from the reign of King Harald Bluetooth.

It is an excellent place for history buffs to learn about the daily life of the Vikings, their crafts and culture. During the summer there are demonstrations of ancient crafts and interactive activities for families.
