Description
The memorial to the fallen in the First World War is a touching symbol of remembrance for the soldiers who gave their lives during the Great War.
Erected in 1921 by talented sculptor Jindřich Postup, the monument features a plaque with the names of 32 fallen soldiers from the surrounding area.
It is not only a historical monument, but also a place to reflect on the fate of ordinary people caught up in the vortex of global conflict. An additional plaque, added in 1948, commemorates further victims of the war.
