Φαράγγι του Άβακα (Avakas Gorge) is a remarkable natural wonder located in Cyprus. This dramatic canyon was formed by the erosion of limestone rocks and offers breathtaking views.

Hiking through the gorge is a real adventure - the 1.2 km route follows the Avgas River, which flows year-round, creating lush and moist vegetation.

As a Natura 2000 site, the gorge is home to unique geological formations and ecosystems. The trail's low difficulty level (1-2) makes it accessible to a variety of skill levels, and takes about 45 minutes to walk.
