AEL Basketball is one of the most successful basketball clubs in Cyprus, known as the 'Queen of Cyprus Basketball'. Founded in 1936, the club plays its games in the Nicos Solomonides Hall, known as the 'Cage', which is famous for its claustrophobic atmosphere and close proximity between players and fans.
The team boasts victories over teams such as Virtus Bologna, Estudiantes and ASVEL Villeurbanne. The electrifying atmosphere during the games and the passionate cheering of the Cypriot fans make every meeting an unforgettable experience for basketball lovers.
