Rif Old City Otrobanda

Rif Old City Otrobanda is a fascinating historic 19th century fort that once protected the island from pirates. Today, this historic site has been transformed into a vibrant tourist center with the preservation of the original 1.5-meter coral walls.

Visitors can admire the impressive defensive architecture, which once housed more than 56 cannons. Today, the fort offers local restaurants, bars with Latin and Caribbean music, and breathtaking views of the waves crashing against the walls.
