Lončeva Griža

Lončeva Griža is a scenic 15 km hiking trail offering breathtaking views of the Gulf of Kvarner and the Gorski Kotar mountains.

This more challenging route leads through old forest paths, limestone cliffs and karst gardens. At the summit there is a lookout point with information boards in Chakava, Croatian and English describing the history of the former quarry.

The trail passes through a variety of forest landscapes, stone walls (gromača) and small kalići ponds, also offering an exhibition of old stone carving and cutting tools.
