Jiuzhai Qianguqing Scenic Spot is a fabulous place that delights with three colorful lakes: Great Lake, Green Sea and Great Sea. Each of them covers an area of about 6667 square meters and is surrounded by stone dams of white and bright yellow colors, resembling agates, corals and pearls.
The Golden Stream flows through the area, adding to the charm of the natural waterfalls and travertines. History buffs will appreciate the Tianbao Museum showcasing local lumberjack huts and the Horse Passage, a historical trail of the founder of the Kingdom of Tibet.
The area is also famous for horse races, bonfires and performances by Tibetan artists.
