Wangjiang Pavilion Park

Wangjiang Pavilion Park is a unique place where history meets nature. The park is dedicated to the famous Tang Dynasty poet Xue Tao, whose love for bamboo and the river is reflected throughout the complex.

A delightful bamboo garden with more than 150 species of bamboo from China and abroad is one of the most beautiful collections in Chengdu. The historic 1889 Wangjiang Tower (River Observation Tower) and other architectural gems, such as the four-story Chongli Pavilion, create a magical atmosphere.

It's the perfect place to take a peaceful stroll amidst the greenery, contemplate poetry and admire traditional architecture.
