CTF Finance Centre is an impressive skyscraper in the heart of Guangzhou that combines office, residential and hotel functions. Its distinctive massing is shaped at four key transition points, creating lush observation decks and dramatic skylights.

A terra cotta façade with subtle angled projecting posts provides natural shading and reduces environmental impact. The material is self-cleaning, corrosion-resistant and has lower embedded energy than aluminum, glass or steel.

The building is also distinguished by its high energy efficiency through the use of efficient chillers and heat recovery.
