Calero County Park

Calero County Park is a sprawling recreation area of more than 4471 acres, offering two unique areas: the Calero Reservoir and the wilderness portion of the 'Back Country'.

The reservoir invites boating, fishing (catch-and-release only) and water sports. Nature lovers will appreciate the 18.9 miles of scenic trails accessible to hikers and horseback riders that lead through California oak forests and chaparral thickets.

In spring, the park delights with a spectacular display of wildflowers, and vantage points offer breathtaking panoramas of the Santa Cruz Mountains.
