Description
Tour d'Eben-Ezer - Toren van Eben-Ezer (ASBL Musée du Silex) is a remarkable tower built of flint, a symbol of peace.
This architectural gem with a diameter of 12 meters was created by Robert Garcet as a pacifist response to the atrocities of World War II. At the corners of the tower are four stone sculptures of the cherubs of the Apocalypse, adding symbolic meaning to the site.
Inside is the Flint Museum with an interactive 'Geospadium' educational space, where visitors can learn about the history of flint and its use by man. An art gallery showcases the works of local artists, and the surrounding park provides a peaceful space for relaxation.
