Praia do Camilo

Praia do Camilo is a picturesque beach in Portugal's Algarve region, famous for its breathtaking views and crystal clear waters.

Accessible by descending a wooden staircase (about 200 steps), it rewards effort with golden sand and spectacular rock formations. The beach is divided into two parts connected by a handmade tunnel in the rock.

It's an ideal place for snorkeling, scuba diving and observing marine life. For the adventurous, there are also cliff jumping spots and a less crowded 'secret beach' behind the tunnel.
